Sandor Development is developing up to 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant shops adjacent to the new 120,000 square foot Kroger under construction at 5414 E. Thompson Road, just east of Emerson Road on the south side of Indianapolis. Kroger Plaza will consist of spaces starting at 1,200 square feet. Plans will be available soon, and Sandor hopes to break ground as early as this summer.
This project follows the new development project Sandor just completed at 106th Street and Michigan Road in Carmel. Gateway Shops is now fully leased, with 11,671 square feet of small shops adjacent to the Marsh Marketplace serving Carmel and Zionsville.
