Ron West is the Chief Operating Officer of Sandor Development. He is based in the Indianapolis office and responsible for the day to day operations of Sandor. Ron is busy leading changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of both the processes and culture of Sandor. His most recent position was Senior Vice President of Change Management at Lauth Property Group. Mr. West holds a Masters Degree from Brunel University in London. He recently achieved the Senior Professional Human Resources accreditation.
