Joe Acker is the chief counsel for Sandor Development Company’s Scottsdale division and is responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of Sandor’s shopping center transactions. In this role, he reviews and negotiates purchase agreements and leases, handles all aspects of due diligence for development projects and coordinates pre- and post-closing issues. Prior to joining Sandor Development in January 2005, Joe worked as a commercial real estate attorney with Arizona-based law firms including Lewis and Roca and The Nagle Law Group. He received his B.A. in Communications Arts & Sciences from DePauw University in 1993 and his J.D. from New England School of Law in 1998.
